ListenSessionIsCreated function
This function will be called when a new ListenSession is created. This function can be implemented by Control Panel protocols and has to be registerd by the RegisterListenSessionIsCreatedCallbackFunction function.Syntax

__in ListenSession lsess,

Parameters
lsess [in] A pointer to a newly created ListenSession structure. This is a session assigned to a plugin at the moment a user defines a new connection.
flags [in] This parameter can be zero or a combination of the following values.
Value | Meaning |
LCCF_LSESS_UNLOADED 0x1 | The ListenSession, given on the lsess parameter, is unloaded and is no longer a valid value.

Return value
This function does not return a value.
Remarks
The protocol needs to set the flag PT_CONTROLPANEL with the function
SetProtocolInformation to be able to execute this function.
