LanguageIsChanged function
The LanguageIsChanged function is called when the user changed the language.Syntax

__in ProtocolSession *psess,
__in int language
);
Parameters
psess [in] A pointer to a ProtocolSession structure. This is a session assigned to a protocol at the moment it's loaded into the memory.
language [in] This can be one of the following values:

L_US_ENGLISH
0 | The language US-ENGLISH.

Return value
If no error occurs the function returns True (one). If the function fails it will return False (zero).
Remarks
It is recommended to call the function
SetControlPanelOptions to translate all the options to the new language.
