  • FormatTime function

    The FormatTime function will create an integer from the input hours, minutes, seconds and miliseconds.

    Syntax

    int __stdcall FormatTime(
    __in int hour,
    __in int minutes,
    __in int seconds,
    __in int milliseconds
    );

    Parameters

    hour [in]minutes [in]seconds [in]milliseconds [in]

    Return value

    The function returns an integer. The first 5 bits will be used for the hours, the next 6 bits are used for the minutes, the next 6 bits are used for the seconds and the next 10 bits for the miliseconds (the last 5 bits will stay unused).
